What means of payment can I use for my purchase?

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. For card payments, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct. Once the transaction has been confirmed, you will be informed of the order number on the website so that you can track your order at any time from your computer.

Is it possible to change the size or model of the order received?

If once you are not satisfied with your purchase, LODI allows you to exchange or return it within fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged. You can request a change of size or colour. To exchange one model for another, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the original delivery note inside the box. Once we have received the product, we will check that it is in good condition and we will proceed to send the new item if you have requested the return for exchange or, if applicable, we will make the corresponding credit note. Please try the shoe on a carpeted surface to avoid any marks on the sole. If the returned item is damaged in any way, acceptance of the return or exchange may be refused.

The extra charge applied to orders placed by cash on delivery is not refundable in the event of a request for return. If the customer has made a purchase by cash on delivery and rejects the goods on delivery, the Seller shall be entitled to claim all the costs of preparation, shipping and return of the order.

What is the delivery time?

In general, for destinations on the Peninsula, delivery is made within 24-48 hours on working days (orders placed before 14h). These delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or the delivery area. Likewise, in exceptional cases, this period may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier or difficulties in the delivery of the goods. For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the delivery time is 4 or 5 working days after processing. In the case of the Canary Islands, the delivery time is 8 working days from processing. In both cases, these times exclude the retention time for customs formalities.

For shipments to Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

How can I buy my LODI?

You must select the items you want to buy, choose your size and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the corresponding icon. You can add as many units as you want.

The shopping cart will contain the reference of the selected item, its name, the size, the chosen colour and the price (taxes included). To process the order we will request your personal data, which we will incorporate into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate new purchases at LODI. In the same way, you will be able to access your customer area whenever you want and consult your personal data and the history of orders placed. Remember that personal data must be indicated accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item/s purchased.

Once the purchase order has been completed, and before validating the order, a summary will be presented identifying the item purchased, its total price as appropriate, the shipping method and the shipping costs. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the "Finalise Purchase" button.

Once the purchase has been accepted, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail informing you that the order has been placed correctly. When the order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail with the tracking number, which will allow you to know the status of your order at all times.

How can I clean my LODI?

Cleaning should always be carried out with the appropriate products for cleaning high quality shoes made of natural leather, i.e. with natural or colourless waxes, and then with a chamois or a clean brush to polish the part of the shoe that has been waxed. Care always depends on the material your LODI shoes are made of.

With use, my shoes are deteriorating

Scratches and peeling are usually due to a bad use of the shoes, peeling in heels is usually produced when driving or when introducing the heel in any asphalt grating, etc. Although we use the highest quality, carefully selected leathers for the manufacture and manufacture of our shoes and bags, there may be slight differences in the shades due to the fact that we use natural leathers and it is inevitable that, in natural and transparent finishes, some imperfections may be visible.

Stains on the leather are usually produced when the leather (natural material) comes into contact with liquids such as oils, grease, etc., either when cleaning or simply by accident, when a corrosive liquid is spilt on the shoe.
