Can I change the shoes in my order for a different size or model, or just return them?
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request the return of the item(s) within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided that they are not used or damaged.
To exchange one item for another, you must request the return for a refund and you must place a new order with the new article. All items must be returned in the original packaging and with the original packing list inside the box. When LODI receives the product, we will check it is in good conditions and then dispatch the new article, if you have asked for an exchange. If you have asked for a refund you will receive a full refund for the items you returned within approximately 14 days.
Products purchased with third-party promotions or promotional coupons may be exchanged for another size, colour or a coupon of the same value valid only for purchasing products from the same promotion. This voucher can be redeemed at a maximum of 15 days.
Returns for the LODI WOMEN'S KIT: You can request the return of the product whenever it is returned in perfect condition, with its original sealed packaging and has no indication of use. How do I get my money back?
- If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to your card.
- If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- If the payment was made using Bizum, the amount will be refunded by Bizum to your bank account.
How do I return an item?
1. REQUEST THE RETURN OF YOUR ORDER:
- You have an account on our online shop: Log in with your email address and password, find the option “Order history” and then click on the option “Details”, confirm you request by filling in the fields of the form and clicking on the option “Request a return”. We will get in touch with you in order to confirm the collection service.

2. GET THE PARCEL READY:
- Print a copy of the invoice and include it in the box along with the return document that we sent along with the article. You will find the invoice attached to the purchase confirmation email and in case that you have an account, you may also download it from the option “Order history”. This is a very important step, you must include the invoice so that we may identify your return upon receiving it at our facilities.
- You must pack the article in the same way as you received it, same cardboard packaging or a similar one (we shall not admit plastic bags), and make sure it is tightly closed. In case that you are going to return the article in a larger cardboard packaging, please make sure the article is secured inside.
4. TRANSPORT AND PICK-UP:
- GLS will collect the parcel from you on the agreed date and from the address previously confirmed with you.
- Please note that we do not send a return label in advance, GLS will take care of it once they have collected the parcel from you.
5. RETURN: As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will check the article or the articles sent and if they are correct, we will proceed to refund the amount paid or to exchange as per your request.
- Refund: You will receive an email confirming the refund and it could take several days to appear on your bank account. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days.
- Size/Color change: You will receive an email confirming the exchange and you will receive it within 5 working days. In case that we do not have the size or the colour requested in stock, we will get in touch with you and we will proceed to refund.
Returns for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
In this case, all fees and taxes associated with the shipment shall be borne by the purchaser in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In these shipments, the declared value for customs purposes shall be taken as the invoice amount in euros.

In the event that the requested size or colour is not available, we will contact you to inform you and to proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the item.
